In order for Seterus to release information or speak to a third party regarding your loan, you must submit an authorization form.
There are two options – a General Third Party Authorization and a Specific Third Party Authorization.
A General Third Party Authorization. This form gives Seterus permission to release any information regarding your loan to any person(s) involved in a potential short sale, deed in lieu, or other loss mitigation program in progress. Individuals authorized include, but are not limited to, real estate agents, attorneys, and title companies requiring information in connection with the program. Such information may include, but is not limited to, the amount due on the loan, payment and credit history, loan payoff(s), and credit transactions.COMPLETE/SUBMIT ONLINE DOWNLOAD/PRINT
A Specific Third Party Authorization. This form gives Seterus permission to release any information regarding your loan to only the person(s)/company(ies) that you list on the form. COMPLETE/SUBMIT ONLINE DOWNLOAD/PRINT
